Mary Carmichael is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DMR Consulting, Inc. in Panama City Beach, Florida. She has served as a small business, federal contractor for Department of Defense, Navy, and Army since 2012. She received her Bachelor’s in Education in 1984 from Florida State University and Master’s degree from University of West Florida in 1992.  Her executive leadership includes over 30 years’ experience as a civil service employee with federal, state, and municipal agencies. As a public administrator, she was responsible for program efficiency, financial planning, capital improvements, new construction projects, operational management of government property, improvement of specialized services, and sustainment of government facilities.

Rachael Carmichael is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of DMR Consulting and served as a small business, federal contractor in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City since 2006. While working as a DMR Student Intern, she received Associate of Arts (AA) from Gulf Coast Community College and Bachelors of Science (BS) from University of South Florida (USF) in Management Information Systems (MIS).  Currently, she serves multiple-roles as Systems Program Analyst, Facility Security Officer, Accounting and  IT Supervisor while pursuing her Master’s Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University. Rachael's problem solving skills implemented new technical ideas, financial resources, and software to track funding of services according to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).  With her leadership, Defense Contractors Audit Agency (DCAA) designated DMR with a low risk financial determination.
