DMR Consulting, Inc., is totally committed to providing the highest quality products and services possible. This commitment begins with our President and continues with all employees. Our quality assurance program can only be successful with the full cooperation of all employees, while following a plan with procedures that makes sense for our operations.
Our QA procedures were modeled after guidance provided in ISO 9001 (1994). These procedures address planning and analyzing quality assurance requirements, establishing goals, defining processes and procedures to successfully attain these goals, and ensuring that quality assurance processes and results are continually evaluated and updated as necessary. Specific QA procedures are developed for each customer order, and are tailored to meet the particular needs of the order. The general QA process is illustrated below:
