Systems Engineering - DMR Consulting has provided cradle-to-grave systems engineering planning and support on numerous Government programs. Logistics Engineering - Considered the "common sense" engineering discipline, the intent of a logistics program is to avoid fielding a product that lacks the documentation, training, spare parts, facilities, tools and test equipment, etc, needed to keep the item operational. Understanding that cost and available funding resources are primary drivers of any program, it is imperative that support be tailored to maximize the items availability using the most cost effective solution. Advances in overnight delivery services, web-based communication, and advanced manufacturing processes have led to significant changes in "traditional" methods of supporting a product. The ever-advancing changes to electronic components and associated software have challenged logisticians in their planning for likely parts obsolescence. Acquisition and Program Management - Acquisition management as discussed herein is more applicable to Government activities that are required to follow guidance contained in acquisition directives or other regulatory documents. Government Data Products - DMR Consulting has the experience and capability to develop the systems engineering, program management, and logistics engineering data products typically required in Government solicitations. These requirements are usually provided in the solicitation on a DD Form 1423 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
