DMR Consulting, Inc is a privately owned small business incorporated in the State of Florida in October 1998.  The President of the Corporation is David Hoskins, and the Vice-President is Marcus Carmichael.  The Company occupies approximately 1,800 sq ft of office space at 8317 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL with additional space available for expansion as needed.  DMR Consulting' primary business is providing acquisition management, systems engineering, logistics engineering, program management, facilitation, and consultation services to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City. 

DMR Consulting received its first Delivery Order with the Coastal Systems Station - Panama City in December 1998 for engineering change program planning, and test and evaluation support for an upgrade to the Doppler Sonar on the MK 8 Mod 1 SEAL Delivery Vehicle.  Since this initial order, DMR Consulting has continued to successfully provide a full range of service related products and support to Department of Defense and commercial customers.
